• We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a travel assignment in a healthcare setting.

The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage patient care operations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care Monitor patient conditions and oversee clinical operations Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient care coordination Respond to medical emergencies and provide clinical guidance Maintain accurate documentation and nursing reports Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Provide staff support, training, and leadership as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN License required-ME BLS Certification required Previous RN supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or acute care preferred Keywords
