Unit Manager :

Supervise and lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Provide education and training to staff on clinical procedures, protocols, and best practices. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized care for each patient. Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs, address any concerns, and ensure that care delivery meets quality standards. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Stay updated with current healthcare practices and regulations. Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients. Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit Manager :

Previous Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager preferred Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut. AAS in Nursing, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience. BLS Certification (Required) HP
