Evening shift Duties and Responsibilities for

RN Supervisor:

Assist the Director of Nursing in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines. Assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with others resident services to ensure the continuity of the resident total regimen of care. complete accident/incident report as necessary. Admit, discharge, transfer residents as required. Ensure that all aide trainees are under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed by all departmental personnel. Make daily rounds of the nursing department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards. report finding to DNS. Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs. Qualifications & Experience Requirements for

RN Supervisor :

Previous Experience as a RN Supervisor preferred Licensed Registered Nurse Must have an active Certification as an (RN) Registered Nurse in the state of CT Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience.
