This Monday-Friday role offers a consistent daytime schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with a rotating weekday off—no evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays—allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities:

Applies the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develops and documents individualized plans of care with patient involvement; ensures accurate, comprehensive clinical documentation. Demonstrates advanced assessment, critical thinking, and analytical skills to address clinical, safety, and psychosocial issues. Communicates patient status and care plans effectively across the interdisciplinary team; recommends care modifications as needed. Participates in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice implementation. Identifies and supports clinical quality and operational improvement opportunities. Precepts and educates staff, students, and new hires; contributes to ongoing clinical competency development. Participates in shared governance and interdisciplinary teams; may lead clinical initiatives or projects. Applies organizational, regulatory, and patient safety standards in daily practice. Performs other duties as assigned.
