Day Shift l Full-time | Monday

• Friday 8am
• 4:30pm, one day a week 7am
• 3:30pm and 8:30am to 5pm How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the development of specialized respiratory care plans by assessing patient needs and diagnoses to ensure every individual receives the most effective type and frequency of treatment.

Deliver advanced therapeutic modalities and medications while continuously monitoring patient responses to optimize clinical outcomes and comfort. Empower patients and their families through dedicated education, providing the community resources and tools needed to manage respiratory health with confidence. Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team by documenting and communicating real-time changes in patient conditions to ensure seamless, high-quality care transitions. Manage the integrity of life-saving equipment, including calibration and sterilization, to maintain a safe and ready environment for both routine clinic visits and emergency interventions. What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need
