Job Description

Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles: Dignity and Respect Information Sharing Participation Collaboration The Registration Clerk is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes. Essential Responsibilities To serve as support to the front office and communication and information resources for patient services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with referral intake, scheduling and registration. Ensures that all potential patients of the hospital are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion while involved in the admissions process, while protecting the medical, financial and legal interests of the hospital. To cover outpatient clinics within the Network. Qualifications High School graduate or GED preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
