HR Responsibilities:

Ensure customers and employees are informed about the health and safety characteristics of products and raw materials Verify products comply with applicable federal, state, county, regional, and local regulations Prepare and provide Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and label warning statements in a timely manner Assess developmental materials, chemical substances, and formulations for health, safety, transportation, and disposal considerations Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and toxicological information Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products, chemistries, and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or related field required Experience in a professional business environment preferred Knowledge of OSHA, TSCA, RCRA, and export regulations highly desirable Strong ability to manage multiple projects and communicate updates effectively to senior staff Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills required SAP experience preferred Background in Industrial Chemical Regulatory Affairs preferred Comments Ideal experience includes SAP experience Experience with

TSCA/DSL
