Blue Stone Therapy was founded in 2009 and provides contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to communities in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Our focus is to deliver optimal, individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled professional therapists while developing long-term partnerships between our staff and the communities they serve. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehab Tech to join our team! The Rehab Tech provides support and assistance to the Rehab Director and Rehab Therapy Department. This position will support 2 skilled nursing facilities in Bloomington and Burnsville, MN.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities:

Provides assistance to licensed therapy team member in accordance with established patient care guidelines; regularly communicates with therapists, patients, and facility. Maintain therapy gym rooms and offices. Including ordering supplies, setting up treatment areas, and cleaning and sanitizing the therapy gym and equipment. Complete standard administrative processes such as answering phones, greeting visitors, faxing, scanning, copying, attending to computer and printer issues, and organizing as needed. Maintains patient records including obtaining necessary information from physicians, facilities, and other records. Uploads documents into the clinical system. Assists with scheduling to ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet rehab care requirements, as well as maintain a smooth, efficient flow of administrative operation to ensure seniors/clients are served efficiently and effectively. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Education and Experience:

Experience with patient care in a skilled nursing facility environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional collaboration and customer relationship skills. Adapt easily to change in job duties and work environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Net Health experience preferred.
