Reimbursement specialist is responsible for submitting billing, responding to patient/customer concerns, implementing collection proceedings on past due accounts, research and refunding of overpayments.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent communication skills, great customer services skills, and organizational skills. Previous experience in the medical field preferred.
