What You Will Do Champion a culture of safety by ensuring best safe work practices and proactively identifying/mitigating job hazards before work begins. Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and asset availability. Partner with operations leaders to meet customer and production requirements by balancing reliability, cost, and uptime. Manage maintenance spending and resource allocation to maximize value, including capital project opportunities. Establish clear performance expectations, including schedule adherence and precision workmanship across repairs, rebuilds, and installations. Collaborate to prioritize and plan work orders to maximize value creation and equipment uptime. Lead cultural and operational change initiatives that improve long-term performance. Lead and develop a multi-craft maintenance team by coaching, mentoring, and assessing performance to build capability, accountability, and professional growth. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial, manufacturing, military or similar setting. Strong background in electro-mechanical maintenance (electrical systems, mechanical repairs, drives, motors, PLC's, instrumentation). Proven ability to establish or manage Predictive/Preventive Maintenance programs. Experience with planning/scheduling, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar), and cost analysis. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in corrugated, converting, or packaging operations. Bachelor's degree in engineering, reliability, or related field OR equivalent hands-on maintenance and leadership experience. Continuous improvement mindset. Project management experience. Ability to effectively communicate and engage team members to drive a continuous improvement culture. For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000
  • $160,000 per year.
