Relief Overnight Residential Staff - DBT Program The NFI DBT House in Vernon, VT is hiring a relief staff to help cover overnight shifts in their residential program serving four adolescent females who have experienced trauma, have complex behavioral challenges and who tend to struggle in their relationships. A person in this position would provide safety, supervision, & support to youth during their sleeping hours and morning routine; perform administrative duties & help maintain program cleanliness. Overnight shifts are between the hours of 10pm-8am and starting at $20.50-$22.00/hour with $2.00 hourly shift differential for weeknight awake hours and $4.00 shift differential for weekend awake hours. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, be awake some of the overnight hours, have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation. Bachelor's degree and/or previous experience working with youth who have emotional/behavioral challenges preferred.
