Today Job Description Join Our Team as a Religious Education Assistant! Are you passionate about sharing the teachings of the Catholic faith with others? Do you have a desire to help children and families grow in their relationship with God? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team at St. John the Baptist Pastorate as an Assistant to the Director of Discipleship and Evangelization.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and implementing religious education programs for children and families Coordinate with catechists, parents, and volunteers to ensure smooth operation of classes and events Help create and distribute educational materials and resources Provide support to the Religious Education Director in day-to-day tasks Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, communications, and scheduling Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops as required

Qualifications:

Passion for the Catholic faith and commitment to its teachings Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals Attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience working with children and families is preferred
