POSITION SUMMARY

The Cultivation Lead is responsible for overseeing and training the grow team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations with minimal oversight from management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Train all employees and offer proper technique advice or assistance daily Lead/supervise an grow with minimal management assistance and forecast upcoming events Diagnose plant health; toxicities, deficiencies, pests, or other issues that may arise and come up with the best or proper solution Can locate other established work sites, navigate through them and accomplish any necessary task requested Efficiently monitors grow helpers and assistants, offers assistance and/or reports to management when presented with challenging problems Able to make necessary entries into MJ Freeway and record data Strong inventory control to accurately account for plant and supplies Other duties as assigned

Strong verbal and written communication skills Great attention to detail Punctual Highly motivated Works well in a team environment Strong leadership skills Bilingual preferred Cultivation experience preferred Supervisor/managerial experience highly preferred

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid driver's license Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater) Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise) Salary will be commensurate with experience.
