Rental Clerk / Service Assistant

Klaben Auto Stores is seeking a Rental Clerk/Admin Asst. for its Service Department in Kent - Full Time Administer program providing rental vehicles while customers' vehicles are being serviced; Answer phone, route calls and provide information to customers; File service documents; Cross-train and assist as backup for other administrative duties as assigned by service managers. Must be customer-service oriented and work well with fellow employees toward achieving company objectives. Must be well-organized, detail oriented and capable of maintaining paperwork as directed. Must maintain neat and clean appearance; should be personable, respectful and properly represent Klaben Auto Stores with customers and vendors. Must adhere to dealership work schedule and be reliable and punctual in all work-related activities. 6-months to one-year related experience in the automotive field. Valid driver's license and unrestricted insurability under Klaben policy maintained throughout employment. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
