Rental Coordinator A well-established equipment and parts provider in the Columbia Falls area is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. They specialize in supporting customers with quality equipment solutions, dependable service, and a strong focus on keeping operations running smoothly for a wide range of industries. This role is central to keeping the business running smoothly by assisting customers, coordinating rentals and logistics, and supporting both shop and field operations. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys a mix of customer interaction, coordination, and practical work with equipment, deliveries, and shop support.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Assist customers with equipment rentals, returns, and general inquiries, providing product information and support Coordinate equipment scheduling, delivery, pickup, and related logistics Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and maintain accurate records and inventory tracking Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after rentals Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment using company vehicles and trailers Support overall shop and yard operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience in equipment rental, construction, automotive, agriculture, industrial, or related fields preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to learn equipment operation and basic maintenance Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record and the ability to pull and back up trailers Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs Ability to pass a pre-employment background check If you are interested in this opportunity, call or text 406-295-1362 to reach Morgan with LC Staffing Office 41791
