Overview Join our RentX team as an equipment Delivery and Maintenance Specialist! In this role, you will be delivering and maintaining essential equipment for our clients. Your energetic approach will ensure timely deliveries, exceptional customer service, and efficient equipment upkeep. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with hands-on maintenance. Duties Safely operate semi trucks and pickup trucks to deliver equipment. Operating equipment to load and unload, using forklifts, or manual lifting techniques for smaller items. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and vehicles, identifying repairs or servicing needs to keep everything in optimal condition Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with equipment setup, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery. Perform routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure safety standards are met and equipment is in proper working order. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver with semi-trucks. Valid class A CDL driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission. Hands-on experience with forklifts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks including some lifting and moving equipment. Familiarity with driving regulations related to commercial vehicles and safety standards in transportation operations Join us in delivering excellence!
