Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist-First Assistant (required) Experience assisting in both emergency and elective surgical procedures Competency in maintaining patient safety and working collaboratively with various clinical teams Commitment to principles of patient-focused care and exceptional customer service Strong organizational and communication skills
