Repair Tech, (Richmond, KS)

Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Job Summary The Repair Tech is responsible for the repair of post frame buildings according to project plans and specifications. Due to the day-to-day contact with customers and co-workers this position is required to work in person on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities Regular and predictable attendance; report to work on-time Provide excellent customer service and reflect our company's core values at all times Gather materials for proper installing of materials at site for repairs. Use miscellaneous power tools Assemble materials per plans & specifications Repair current building issues, work on warranty repairs and billable repairs, document all repairs through Company Cam, taking before and after photos. Install roofing, siding & trim as required Operate construction equipment as required i.e.: skid steer, scissor lift, etc. Perform other duties as assigned Complies with QSI policies and procedures This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
