Summary We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team at Ashley Furniture distribution team in Summerville, SC. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of combined experience in a variety of fields; construction, automotive repair, handyman, woodworking, and customer service. We will provide on-the-job furniture repair training for the ideal candidate of choice. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair furniture and bedding products to ensure quality standards are met. Utilize hand tools & power tools to perform repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns regarding product issues. Follow safety protocols while performing repairs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role. Proficient in using hand tools & power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Successful background check and drug screen is required for employment.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
