Part-time, Full-time Overview:
Riverton Research, Inc. is looking a person to be actively involved in care and management of applied crop research plots. We conduct research for a number of agricultural companies by assisting in the field product evaluation as requested by the trial originator. Position would include experience in research plot establishment, maintenance, and product evaluation. As well as exposure to active plant breeding program. This is a full-time position from May through August with a competitive hourly salary and potential for permnant full-time.
Job Responsibilities:
Planting research plots Field and plot maintenance Data collection and note taking Harvest activities and field operations Equipment operation, calibration and maintenance Day travel to external field sites
Skills/Experience:
Attention to details and instructions Able to work outdoors Prior agricultural experience is preferred but not required
Pay:
$20.00
