Position:

Research Associate Responsibilities:

• Conduct cell-based experiments to evaluate drug properties.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical software.
• Prepare and present research reports and publications.
• Collaborate with fellow scientists to design and execute experiments.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory.
• Stay updated on field advancements and contribute to innovative research methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biology, molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum one year of relevant research experience in academia or industry (relevant coursework may substitute for lab experience).
• Preferred proficiency in tissue culture and sterile techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
