Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and special packages to enhance guest experiences. Coordinate with front desk staff, housekeeping, and management to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction. Support night audit procedures by reconciling reservations and updating booking records during overnight shifts. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services. Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Strong knowledge of resort management software and reservation systems. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail.
