Seeking reservationists with excellent customer service and communication skills. Tasks include operating a multi line phone system to take advanced reservations, Answer questions regarding equipment, company policies and guidelines, Intercepting phone calls and transferring to the right department, Reviewing and processing orders, Respond to online chats. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to write and speak professionally, and can operate a computer. No experience required. Seasonal position located at our Point Harbor office.
