Nieces Caring Hands, LLC is a 4 bed group home that is in search of experienced and compassionate CBRF Caregivers. Caregivers should understand the importance of meeting the needs of Residents while helping them maintain a high quality of life with dignity. We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and committed individual who has impeccable communication skills and interested in a rewarding career providing care to our Residents. Resident aids will be responsible for Medication Passing Preparing Meals ADL's of all resident Transferring residents w/ in home from bed, toilet, wheelchair or other furniture House Keeping to maintain safe and clean home Monitor and Charting of residents overall health Provide dignity and Respect with all residents and more Seeking experienced and fully certified CBRF care staff. Must be listed on the Wisconsin State Registry. NCH is willing to train caregivers if they have experience. Other Qualifications Must have Reliable Transportation Prompt and regular attendance is a MUST Must pass background check Physical documentation of Free from communicable disease including Tuberculosis (TB) test/screen done by a medical professional within 7 days of hire. 6 months of experience minimum in CBRF or CNA or minimum 1 year caregiving experience Ability to occasionally lift 20+ pounds, bend, twist, reach, stand and walk on an ongoing basis Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as well in a team setting •Read, write, speak and understand English Flexible availability with schedule
