Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents with mobility and transfers Monitor resident well-being and report any changes to nursing staff Help serve meals and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
