Route Sales Representative

INCO Beverage is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our Clearfield County territory . This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while representing a portfolio of well-known beer brands in the market. Responsibilities Manage sales and customer relationships within an assigned territory Call on bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and retail accounts Present new products, in person promotions, and seasonal offerings Take orders and ensure proper merchandising, product rotation, and shelf standards Set up and maintain displays and point-of-sale materials Support tastings, promotions, and special events as needed Monitor inventory levels and address out-of-stock situations Track sales activity and share market feedback with management Qualifications Sales, beverage, hospitality, or retail experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Reliable transportation required Ability to lift, carry, and move beer cases and merchandising materials Familiarity with Clearfield County accounts and market preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay with commission potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided tools and sales support Long-term career growth with a stable, family-owned company About INCO Beverage INCO Beverage has proudly served retailers across 15 counties in south-central Pennsylvania since 1933 .
