Resident Assistant - PM/Afternoons

Our Buhl Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule:

•Part time PM/Afternoon shifts available•Shift differential for PM extra $1.00 and overnight extra $1.50

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided. Assist adults with activities of daily living. Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment. Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required. CNA certification is

NOT REQUIRED

Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required. Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
