This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, supporting staff, and maintaining operational excellence within our Assisted Living neighborhood. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Oversee daily care operations to ensure high-quality resident services Supervise, schedule, and support caregivers and medication technicians Partner closely with the Health & Wellness Director (HWD) on care delivery and staffing needs Monitor and ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and state regulations Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff Support resident assessments and service plan implementation Address day-to-day care concerns and escalate clinical issues appropriately Foster a positive, team-oriented environment aligned with Charter's mission What We're Looking For Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Lead Caregiver, Med Tech Lead, etc.) Strong understanding of resident care, ADLs, and medication support Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage schedules, staffing needs, and team performance Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their daily lives Compensation & Benefits $21
