This vital role involves coordinating services, providing support, and fostering a welcoming environment for individuals and families. The ideal candidate will be energized by helping others, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for community development. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and thriving living environment where residents feel valued and empowered. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate access to community resources such as behavioral health services, workforce development programs, and social work support Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage emergency situations with sensitivity and efficiency Conduct outreach activities to promote resident engagement, mentoring programs, and community events Support residents through addiction counseling referrals, crisis management plans, and behavioral health interventions Supervise or collaborate with staff involved in resident support services to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations Requirements Proven experience in social work, behavioral health, or related fields such as crisis intervention or addiction counseling Strong understanding of crisis management techniques and behavioral health principles Knowledge of housing assistance programs Familiarity with workforce development initiatives Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and empower residents through motivational interviewing techniques Ability to handle sensitive situations involving mental health crises with professionalism and compassion Join us in making a meaningful difference by supporting residents' well-being while fostering a vibrant community environment.
