Bookkeeping Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a detail- oriented proactive Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.
Duties:
Responsibilities include but not limited to A/P, A/R and payroll. Purchasing supplies, process work orders and other related office duties. Manage phone systems, including answering calls , directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized filing sytems for both physical and digital documents. Assist in office managment duties, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence, reports , and other documents as required. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.
Skills:
Proficient in phone systems with excellent communication skills. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Competent typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Excellent proof reading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Experience in clerical work with keen attention to detail. Solid computer literacy with familiarity in various software applications. Proficient in data entry techniques for efficient information management. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
