Resident Support Staff Weekend Shifts Saturday and Sunday/ Friday Swing Shift. (Male Only)

Cedar Ridge Treatment Center is a 40-bed Residential Treatment Facility located in Mt Pleasant. We provide a structured and supportive environment for adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders. We are currently looking to fill the position of Resident Support Staff, who will play a critical role in guiding and mentoring our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents in following program rules and expectations Support and manage behaviors in a positive and therapeutic manner Teach and reinforce therapeutic skills Provide a safe and structured environment for residents Document daily progress and interactions

Job Type:

Part-time Paid internships

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years old Must be able to pass a Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) background check Valid Driver's License required High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour (Higher pay available for candidates with experience in similar settings) Expected hours: 40 per week Available shifts include: 8-hour shifts Day and Swing shifts on the weekends. Weekend Shift, 1 Friday Swing Shift.
