RION Equipment is seeking a Resident Technician to provide expert service and repair for customer forklift and material handling equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems in the field, and taking ownership of their day. In this role, you'll operate with a high level of autonomy, traveling directly to customer locations in a company-provided service truck and serving as a trusted technical expert. Primary Job Duties Remove, install, repair, disassemble, assemble, and perform failure analysis on forklift and material handling equipment Diagnose and repair engines, attachments, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, powertrain components, brakes, steering systems, and electronic/computer-controlled applications Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair most types and brands of lifts Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics Perform preventative maintenance accurately and in a timely manner Work in a variety of customer locations and industry environments Deliver high-quality service while building strong customer relationships in the field Why Join RION Equipment At RION Equipment, technicians have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with the independence to own their work, the support of a strong team, and compensation that reflects their value.
