The ideal vendor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. Vendors that have strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards are highly encouraged to apply. What we are searching for Communicative Cleaning Professionals to join our network of vendors servicing our properties. Common Property Management requests Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Clean carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain their appearance. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment. Typical Vendor Requirements Experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus. Ability to sanitize various surfaces and understand the importance of cleanliness in different environments. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is advantageous. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
