Overview Join our dynamic team as a Professional Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across a variety of construction and renovation projects! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a wide range of surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of buildings. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces, whether in commercial, residential, or restoration settings. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction drawings to accurately execute painting plans Perform surface repairs such as plastering, drywall finishing, concrete patching, and masonry touch-ups before painting begins Operate heavy equipment, ladders & scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas on construction sites Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications Assist with other related tasks such as tile laying, flooring installation, glass installation, or remodeling projects as needed Requirements Proven experience in construction painting along with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction schematics for precise application of paint and finishes Experience with surface preparation techniques including caulking, plastering, concrete finishing, stucco application, and masonry work Ability to work safely at heights and on various types of scaffolding or lifts in compliance with safety protocol Skills in related trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry, door hanging), restoration work, or hardscape installation are beneficial Join us in creating stunning spaces that stand the test of time!
