Residential and Commercial Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of painting processes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a range of projects. The Painter will work closely with other construction professionals to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ability to work within team and follow instructions. Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and concrete finishers, to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are stored properly. •Must have a clean driving record AND own vehicle. No drop offs because we work at various job sites. Experience Proven experience in painting or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
