Residential and Commercial Plumbing Specialist Manchester, NH 03109 $23.75 - $38.50 an hour - Full-time $23.75 - $38.50 an hour - Full-time About the Role As a Residential and Commercial Plumbing Specialist, you will serve as a primary technical expert responsible for restoring system functionality and ensuring the long-term reliability of water and drainage infrastructure. You will play a vital role in enhancing property safety and comfort by delivering precise diagnostic solutions and high-quality installations for our diverse client base. Responsibilities Identify and resolve complex plumbing malfunctions, including pipe leaks, drainage obstructions, and fixture failures to restore service quickly. Execute preventative maintenance protocols to extend the lifespan of plumbing systems and prevent future emergency repairs. Install modern plumbing hardware and piping systems in strict adherence to current building codes and safety standards. Drive customer satisfaction by providing clear explanations of technical issues and offering professional recommendations for system improvements. Document service activities, parts utilization, and project timelines to ensure accurate reporting and billing. Contribute to team success by sharing technical insights and coordinating on large-scale service projects. Continuously refine your craft by staying current with emerging plumbing technologies and industry-standard safety procedures. Required Skills Completion of high school or equivalent educational program. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in field service plumbing. Current state-issued plumbing license or relevant professional certification. Deep technical proficiency with plumbing tools, piping materials, and system diagnostics. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Preferred Skills Advanced technical training or vocational education in plumbing systems. Proven track record of delivering high-touch customer service in a residential or commercial setting. Experience with specialized leak detection equipment or advanced drain cleaning technology.
