Residential Appliance Repair Technician

We are currently hiring a Residential Appliance Repair Technician for the Round Lake, Illinois and Kenosha, Wisconsin area. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and taking pride in their work. Someone who understands that what we really repair is peace of mind. Not every superhero wears a cape. Some carry a multimeter and rescue families from losing a refrigerator full of groceries. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential appliances including: Refrigerators Washers & dryers Dishwashers Ovens, ranges & cooktops Microwaves Garbage disposals You'll also: Communicate clearly with customers Document repairs thoroughly Use digital work orders and mobile software Educate customers on repair options and appliance care Represent a company focused on professionalism and customer experience Territory & Routing Your service territory will be designed around where you live whenever possible to help reduce unnecessary drive time and create a more efficient workday.
