Residential Boiler Installation Technician Steam & Hot Water Specialist

$80,000-$120,000 per year + Benefits + Company Vehicle + Growth Opportunities At Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing, we're looking for an experienced Residential Steam & Hot Water Technician with current Minneapolis / St. Paul Comp Cards who takes pride in clean installs, quality workmanship, and doing the job right the first time. This role is ideal for someone who truly understands boiler systems and enjoys tackling everything from remodel projects to new construction work. While we perform HVAC work as well, this is primarily a boiler installation position — we're looking for a technician who excels in steam and hot water systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install and replace residential steam and hot water boiler systems Work on remodeling and renovation projects Complete residential new construction installations Read plans and adapt installations to varying site conditions Pipe, configure, and commission residential boiler systems Collaborate with customers and team members to deliver premium workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

What We're Looking For:

Current Minneapolis / St. Paul Comp Cards Strong experience with steam and hot water boiler installation Experience with residential remodeling projects Experience with residential new construction Ability to diagnose layouts and think through installation challenges Strong craftsmanship and pride in clean installs Positive attitude and team mindset Bonus Skills (Not Required): Ductwork experience Furnace installation experience Air conditioning installation experience
