Residential Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms Utilize proper cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, upholstery, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness and longevity Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens effectively Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices during all cleaning activities Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred Familiarity with floor care and sanitation procedures Experience in janitorial or custodial roles, including hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of laundry processes and housekeeper management is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join us to make a difference in our clients' homes by providing reliable, thorough cleaning services that leave every space sparkling!

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
