Residential Cleaner

Pioneer Property Management, Inc. is looking for a part time Cleaning person to join our team in Rockdale, TX !

Job Summary:

As our Cleaning person, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities in a manner that maintains the health and safety of our employees and residents. This person will work Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm (20 hours per week).

Reports To:

This role reports to the Property Manager.

Supervision :

This role has no supervisory duties.

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Deep clean vacant units after move outs and assist with unit turns
• Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and walls
• Clean and disinfect various items including but not limited to sinks, counter tops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, and refrigerators within break rooms and common areas
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms and kitchens
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
• Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas; pick up trash from residents
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies:

• Proven cleaning experience
