Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures Care for flooring through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Manage janitorial tasks like trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is highly desirable Background in janitorial or custodial work, including commercial or hotel cleaning environments Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor care methods Experience with laundry services and sanitation practices to ensure hygiene standards are met Knowledge of customer service principles to deliver friendly, professional interactions with clients Previous roles involving custodial responsibilities or hotel housekeeping will be considered an asset Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where our clients can relax and enjoy their space!
