Maintenance Technician Are you an experienced maintenance technician with at least 6 months of hands-on mechanical or production support experience? Job Summary:

The Shift Maintenance Technician supports the production team by maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, resolving production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. This hands-on role is critical to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.

Job Duties:

Maintain and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment Assist with equipment startup and shutdown processes Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Support machine setup and adjustment for various product models Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Shift schedules may vary based on production needs.

Experience or Skill Requirements:
