Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for our clients. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will help us uphold our reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and managing waste disposal effectively Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing any specific cleaning requests Use janitorial equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company protocols Assist with light housekeeping management tasks when needed, including organizing clutter and restocking supplies Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and sanitation Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods Excellent customer service skills with a respectful and positive attitude Reliable transportation to reach various residential locations on schedule Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and adhere to safety standards Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to making homes shine!
