• Full-time, Contract Construction Operations Manager / Licensed Contractor (Class A or B) Northern Virginia Established Northern Virginia-based residential construction and property services company seeking an experienced Virginia Class A or Class B licensed contractor to join the team in a leadership-level construction operations role.

We are an expanding company focused on residential remodeling, insurance reconstruction, property improvements, and select residential/commercial project work throughout Northern Virginia. Our company combines strong operational systems, modern customer experience practices, lead-generation infrastructure, and long-term growth plans with a hands-on, execution-focused approach to construction and field operations. This is not a passive "license holder for hire" opportunity. We are looking for a legitimate operational partner and leader who wants to help build and scale a growing company with substantial long-term upside. What You'll Do Oversee residential remodeling and reconstruction projects from start to finish Manage subcontractors, field crews, schedules, inspections, and job execution Support estimating, quality control, and operational processes Help build scalable systems and field operations as the company grows Serve as a key operational leader within the organization Ensure projects are completed professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable licensing requirements What We're Looking For Active Virginia Class A or Class B contractor license in good standing Strong residential remodeling and/or reconstruction experience Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously Strong field operations and project management knowledge Professional communication and customer-facing skills Leadership mindset with interest in long-term growth and operational involvement Organized, solutions-oriented, and reliable Compensation & Opportunity Competitive compensation structure based on experience and operational involvement Salary and/or project-based compensation Performance incentives Long-term equity participation opportunity Strong growth potential within the company Ideal candidates may currently be: Senior project managers Small residential contractors Remodeling or restoration operators Experienced Class A/B contractors looking for a larger operational opportunity Location Fairfax County / Northern Virginia Field-based role with local project oversight throughout the region.
