Speciality Contractor
NoVA will be responsible for: Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for HVAC and plumbing systems.
Establish and enforce company-wide BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and best practices. Manage and mentor BIM/VDC team members to ensure quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve coordination issues and optimize constructability. Conduct clash detection, design reviews, and model-based constructability analyses. Integrate BIM/VDC deliverables with fabrication, estimating, and field layout processes. Oversee BIM/VDC project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet project timelines. Stay current with new BIM/VDC technologies and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy. Speciality Contractor
NoVA should have: Minimum 5-7 years of BIM/VDC experience in the mechanical construction industry.
Proven experience leading BIM/VDC coordination for large-scale commercial projects Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design and installation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience integrating BIM/VDC with fabrication and field operations preferred.
