Assess & Plan:

Get to know each resident and develop personalized programs that support their goals and independence

Track Progress:

Review data, adjust plans, and celebrate wins (big and small!)

Train & Inspire:

Coach and support direct care staff so they feel confident delivering top-notch care

Be Present:

Conduct monthly home visits to check in on programs, staff performance, and resident satisfaction

Collaborate:

Work closely with families, service coordinators, and team members to ensure the best outcomes

Quality Champion:

Participate in quality assurance efforts and ensure programs meet the highest standards Lead with

Facilitate staff meetings, support performance evaluations, and guide teams to success Problem-Solve in

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a human services field At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to qualify as a QIDP (we can help guide you if needed!)
