Residential House Cleaner / Janitorial Technician

Job Summary:

Fresh Wind Cleaning is seeking reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. This position is primarily residential cleaning, with occasional janitorial tasks. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, can work independently or as part of a team, and are committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep cleaning in residential homes Must have reliable transportation Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors) Wipe down appliances, countertops, and high-touch areas Remove trash and replace liners Follow company cleaning checklists and standards Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies Communicate effectively with team members and clients Deliver consistent, high-quality results on every job

Requirements:

Must be able to understand and communicate in English Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Reliable transportation required Must be willing to travel within the service area Ability to work independently and with a team Strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking) Comfortable working in various home environments Willing to learn — training provided for the right candidate Cleaning experience preferred, but not required Must be able to pass a background check
