Position Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role. Contractors are paid per job on a weekly basis and are responsible for their own taxes and insurance. Contractors may accept or decline work assignments based on availability. Typical jobs are Monday-Friday between 9a-4pm but they do vary based on client requests.

• There is potential for this role to grow into a W-2 employee position for the right fit.

What We Offer Flexible scheduling Casual work environment Consistent job opportunities Weekly per-job payments Opportunity for long-term collaboration and growth Responsibilities Provide residential cleaning services, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and linen changes Complete occasional deep-clean services, including windows, blinds, and ovens Follow basic safety and sanitation standards while performing services Communicate professionally with clients and the Oracle Mountain Cleaning team Contractor Qualifications Operates as an independent contractor Open to ongoing, constructive feedback related to service quality and client satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Previous residential, commercial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred Comfortable using cleaning equipment and products safely Reliable and professional communication Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting (up to ~30 lbs), and climbing stairs Requirements Reliable 4WD vehicle and comfort driving in mountain conditions year-round Ability to provide own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (excluding specialty items, if applicable) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be willing and able to pass background check Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own insurance and tax obligations

Independent Contractor Acknowledgment:

This position is offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Contractors retain control over how services are performed and may work for other clients or companies. No employment benefits are provided for this role.
