Right now, we're hiring a Full-Time Residential House Manager for one of our CILA homes — and this isn't just a job, it's a chance to lead, make an impact, and be part of something meaningful every single day. As a House Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the home — helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives in the community. You'll lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, coordinate medical appointments, and keep the home running smoothly — all while building relationships that truly matter. What you'll be doing: Leading and supporting an awesome DSP team Making sure daily life in the home runs like a well-oiled machine Coordinating medical care and appointments Being a dependable on-call leader Most importantly — helping individuals thrive What we're looking for: Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (1+ year preferred) Leadership or supervisory experience (a plus, but not required) Someone dependable, positive, and ready to make a difference Why people love working here: No two days are the same — one day might include helping someone reach a personal goal, and the next could be: Swimming Bowling Shopping trips Fishing Movie nights Or just enjoying everyday moments that matter You've probably seen us out in the community — smiling, laughing, living life — and didn't even realize it.
