Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver exceptional comfort solutions to our customers. Duties Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise installation Perform system testing, calibration, and troubleshooting during installation to guarantee optimal operation Assist with ductwork fabrication and connection using welding and mechanical skills Conduct routine maintenance and equipment repair on existing systems as needed during installation projects Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications Communicate effectively with team members and customers throughout the installation process Qualifications 2-4 years' experience as an HVAC Installer

REQUIRED

Highly motivated and organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently Able to lift 75 pounds, as well as crawl, walk, stand for extended periods. Able to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces, furnace rooms, and attics. Able to work in all types of weather conditions such as hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.
